REVEN XSC control for oil mist separators and industrial ventilation systems with integrated particle measurement

This week, the world’s first industrial oil mist separator with integrated particle measurement was put into operation at REVEN. REVEN developed the prototype together with its longtime partner and app developer REITEC. Thanks to the further developed XSC control, it is now possible to permanently monitor oil mist separators, as well as industrial ventilation systems, during operation on their real efficiency!  

Oil mist separators, duct separators for the food industry and also kitchen ventilation systems are used to efficiently separate airborne aerosols, vapours and other pollutants from the exhaust air flow. How efficient and whether this separation and filtration of these particles and aerosols takes place at all, is concealed by most manufacturers! There are a lot of promises and hardly not any proof for all these efficiency promises by using for example some kind of particle measuring technology.  

The XSC Control with integrated particle counting

Thanks to the new XSC control system from REVEN for oil mist separators and industrial ventilation systems with integrated particle measurement, it is now possible to monitor online and permanently the separation and filter efficiency. The data can also send through WLAN, to a building IT control system.
